for the past few hours i've been periodically refreshing the page of the LHC countdown to see where we are at (in terms of the destruction of the world). the page will not open. this either means that 1)there is a simple technical problem, 2) this is a scare tactic, or 3)black holes are already starting to appear and are strategically eliminating those things that give us information concerning their future development.
i'm all for number 3.
